FIELD: aeronautical engineering; directional control and braking control of flying vehicle. SUBSTANCE: device provides for independence of functions of directional control, adjustment for pilot's stature and control of braking at combined functions of levers. Combined functions simplify construction, reduce mass and enhanced reliability as compared with known devices. Proposed device has base mounted in cabin of flying vehicle on which leverage is articulated; leverage includes levers for directional control with steps, braking pedals articulated on steps, rods and bell cranks.
