FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly to device intended for initiating aircraft emergency power plant. Proposed device comprises emergency power plant, reciprocating drive to open in-position lock, torque link that forms kinematic lock of aircraft emergency power plant out-position retainer, hydraulic extension damper and flap drive tie rod. It comprises also mechanism housing, aircraft emergency power plant extension power drive, upper and lower three-arm rockers, shackle, thrust limiting deflection of lower three-arm rocker, front rocker, additional tie rods and contactless switch with actuator. Mechanism housing is secured on aircraft airframe with the help of brackets. Upper three-arm rocker is hinged to mechanism housing. One arm of the rocker is coupled with flaps lock drive, second arm opening embraces the axle while the third with shackle makes kinematic lock of flaps in-position. Lower three-arm rocker is hinged to mechanism housing, the rocker arms being jointed to flaps rear levers. Aircraft emergency power plant out-position power drive hinged to mechanism housing is coupled with one arm of aircraft emergency power plant out-position rocker while another arm making the torque link element. With torque link turning for extension of emergent power plant, actuator axis gets aligned with contactless switch axis.
