FIELD: polycarbonate-based construction materials which have high strength characteristics, chemical and atmosphere-resistance to atmospheric effects. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises, wt parts: polycarbonate, 70-80; acrylonitrile- butadiene-styrene copolymer and thermostabilizing additives: (a) based on cyclic esters of pentacrythrite, substituted phenol and phosphorous acid, 0.1-0.2; (b) pentacrythritetetrakis-[3-(3.5-di-tert-butyl-4- oxyphenyl)propionate, grade Irganox 1010 or mixture thereof with thermostabilizing additive, grade Irganox XR-620 or Irganox XR-621, 0.2-0.3 luster-reducing additive which is mixture of polymethylphenyl siloxanes, grade copolymer 5, 0.1-0.3 and plasticizing additive which is triphenyl phosphate, 1.5-2.0. Invention makes it possible to increase strength characteristics, relative elongation, reduce luster of products based on thermoplastic composition. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 tbl
