FIELD: cellulose production. SUBSTANCE: various-destination monocrystalline cellulose is manufactured from straw of cereal grasses. In particular, Kurschner cellulose is isolated from air-dry vegetable stock according to a known method or vegetable stock is subjected to delignification using alkali solution.
