CARRIER-FREE SECTIONAL CHARGE FOR FORMATION GAS-HYDRAULIC STIMULATION Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2178072 C1

FIELD: means for oil recovery. SUBSTANCE: carrier-free sectional charge includes ignition unit and charge sections. They are made of compositions burning in water, water-oil and acid media. Charge has one or several ignition sections for ignition of main sections, and accessories, including parts for assembly of charge sections, passing through central channel of each section, and parts tightening the sections adjacent to one another. Accessories include composite rod passed through central channel of each section. Connected to both ends of composite rod are streamlined cones - centralizers for tightening the charge sections to one another. Diameter of cones-centralizers exceeds that of charge sections. Centering rings are installed between charge sections and their diameter exceeds that of charge sections. Rings are made to preserve dynamics of charge burning. Located between lower cone-centralizer and charge sections is dispenser for withdrawal of gas flow formed in charge burning. In this case, sum of dispenser passage holes is calculated for provision of minimal load on rod and maximum action on formation. Installed between upper cone and charge sections is a spring for flexible pressing of sections and compensation for linear expansion of charge at high temperature in well. Charge sections have no protective cover to ensure burning over entire surface of charge. Configuration of central channel has developed surface of burning to provide for preset time of charge burning and pressure for hydraulic fracturing of formation. EFFECT: provided efficient stimulation of formation with its rupture without disturbance of integrity of casing and cement stone. 3 cl, 1 dwg
