FIELD: movable sealed joining of pipelines, namely in systems for discharging exhaust gases of motor vehicles. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes bellows joined with flanges and damping members. Each damping member is in the form of two ropes bent in mutually opposite directions, having mutual contact and placed in stressed state into case whose edges are bent inwards for embracing ropes. Adjacent sides of said ropes are embraced by means of yoke-like member secured to one of flanges. Case is mounted on other flange. Yoke-like member may be moved in range of limit elasticity of ropes. In order to realize it, there is opening or recess in central portion of case. Inside flexible pipeline rigid screen secured to one flange or flexible screening hose secured to both flanges is arranged. Case is mounted on flange directly or through plate member.
