FIELD: camouflage, in particular of movable objects. SUBSTANCE: the deceptive material in the form of a mat is installed above the vehicle cover and provided with radar-reflective dipoles, cords, rigid metal cable with metal plates secured on it, fixed gear and a stopper. The radar-reflective dipoles are rigidly built in the deceptive material with chaotic orientation in the horizontal and vertical planes and made in the form of two sleeves installed one in the other with a spring placed between them. The cords are fastened on the lower parts of the upper spring-loaded sleeves and then connected into a single cord fastened on the rigid metal cable that is installed for engagement by its metal plates with the fixed gear, and the stopper is fastened on the end of the mentioned cable.
