SUBSTANCE: set to test materials for strength has hydraulic drive with translation of outlet link, unit controlling hydraulic drive linked to it with its outlet, force meter with signal converter whose one lead is connected to force meter, immobile passive support, grippers coupled to the latter and to rod of power hydraulic cylinder with the aid of equal-arm levers. One of grippers is mounted for axial movement and is linked to lever loading with torque that is fitted with torque meter by means of flexible shaft.
