FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves production of high-melting metal powder mixed up with emissive additives, molding on high-melting metal core, followed by sintering of powder mixture while heating at vacuum pressure below 10-3 mm Hg and temperature of 2600 C with ultrasonic treatment of electrodes at frequency range of 18 to 25 kHz and intensity if 0.25 to 1.2 W/cm2 to room temperature which increases purity of vacuum treatment in manufacture.
