The active component of specific uterus neck impedance is measured according to four-electrodes technique. Probing current intensity being equal to 10-4A at 1000 Hz frequency and specific resistance belonging to an interval of 1,5-2,1 Om•m, biological maturity of uterus neck for birth is determined.
