METHOD OF PLACENTAL DECOMPENSATION IDENTIFICATION AFTER CHILDBIRTH Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B5/53

Abstract RU 2438572 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynecology. To determine placental decompensation type, active component of specific placenta conductivity is measured after childbirth at room temperature. Research is performed using four-electrode conductometric device using alternate current of frequency V=4 kHz and probing current of I=10-4A. At placenta conductivity in [mho-1·m-1] within 0.147 to 0.156 normal condition is diagnosed; for 0.157 to 0.168 relative placental decompensation is diagnosed; for 0.169 to 0.174 absolute placental decompensation is diagnosed; for 0.175 to 0.177 retarded fetus development of 1 degree is diagnosed; for 0.179 to 0.182 retarded fetus development of 2 degree is diagnosed; for 0.190 to 0.196 placental decompensation accompanied with fetus hypoxia is diagnosed.

EFFECT: express diagnostics of placental decompensation types.
