FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to obstetrics. The essence of the way of forecasting "maturation" of uterine neck consists that at pregnant women in 38-39 weeks of gestation in peripheric blood glycodelin concentration, antioxidatic activity of blood (ABA), creatine phosphokinase activity (CPK) and concentration of potassium are determined. On the basis of the received data discriminant function Y is calculated. At value Y<0 "maturation" uterine neck is prognosticated, and at value Y>0 absence of uterine neck "maturation" by 40 weeks of gestation after carrying out of traditional medicamental maternity preparation.
EFFECT: forecasting "maturation" of uterine neck before maternity for the purpose of definition of further tactics of conducting and delivery of the pregnant woman.
