FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves acting with laser radiation. Low intensity laser radiation of 0.473 mcm wavelength and 15-20 mW is applied for hardening filling adhesive materials in pulsating mode with internal resonance duplication at 50-60 Hz frequency and exposure time equal to 60-120 s by delivering laser radiation by means of flexible glass fiber light guide to root canal orifice. EFFECT: reliable and durable sealing of dentinal tubules and dental root canal.
