FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves filling root canal with adhesive resin polymerized 1 min later by acting with laser radiation of blue spectrum range having 0.473 mcm wavelength during 2 min as the first version. Optical fiber is introduced into the root canal to the depth of 7-10 mm from the apical opening. The defect arisen after its withdrawal is refilled with the adhesive resin to the canal exit, and the optical fiber is introduced into the canal to the depth of 1-2 mm and polymerized by acting with laser radiation in the same mode. The second version involves treating canal walls with the adhesive resin before introduced filling material. The adhesive resin polymerized 1 min later by acting with laser radiation of blue spectrum range having 0.473 mcm wavelength during 2 min with the optical fiber being introduced into the root canal to the depth of 7-10 mm from the apical opening. Then, the fiber is moved to the canal exit level to repeat polymerization with laser radiation in the same mode.
