FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: exercising apparatus is formed as rubber belt with rubber resiliency of 165- 4.0 cm/newton (15-40 cm/kgf) and is composed of 5-6 cm width strips which are inserted into carcass rod slots. Rods are spaced one from another by distance of 12-15 cm. Thickness of belt or parts thereof is changed by increasing the number of layers through inserting additional rubber fragments between carcass rods. Belt width is changed by selecting carcass rods and number of rubber strips. Belt has retaining member made in the form of loop-and-hook strips of 2-3 cm width. These strips are attached at distance of 1-2 cm one from another. Exercising apparatus is further equipped with fragment of needle type-applicator having length and width corresponding to those of required treatment zone. Apparatus improves breathing functions through stimulating separate breathing system muscles required for treating process, with the ability to control the extent of effect upon each of muscle groups to provide for abdominal breathing, improved lung drainage function and increased effect upon reflexogenic zones and improved salivary discharge. Apparatus may be used in medicine and prophylactic enterprises, centers and health schools. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 5 cl, 3 dwg
