METHOD OF CORRECTION OF DIASTOLIC FUNCTION OF HEART LEFT VENTRICLE AND FUNCTION OF LEFT AURICLE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: method includes interval hypoxia trainings for patients under conditions of normal pressure. Oxigen-deficient gas mixture contains from 15 to 11% of oxygen. Breathing with oxigen-deficient gas mixture is alternated with breathing with atmospheric air. Time of hypoxia exposure is 3-10 min. Total duration of seance is 30-60 min. Course of correction includes 10-12 seances. Subject to determination are values of fraction of rapid filling of left ventricle and fraction of filling of left ventricle during systole of left auricle. Dynamics parameters is determined by calculation of relative variations of values of above parameters before and after treatment. Results of correction of diastolic function of heart left ventricle and function of left auricle are evaluated by value of dynamics parameter. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method. 1 tbl, 1 ex
