FIELD: manufacture of rolled glass-reinforced plastics with employment of thermosetting binders widely used as heat insulation of pipes being inside and outside the buildings. SUBSTANCE: glass cloth is impregnated with polymeric thermosetting binder including carbamide-formaldehyde resin, latex of copolymer of Vinyl chloride with vinyliden chloride, ammonium chloride, glycerin, titanium dioxide, kaolin. EFFECT: enhanced bending resistance and waterproofness of material, improved ecological parameters of manufacture and reduced cost of manufacture. 2 tbl, 1 ex
