SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 4-hydroxypiperidine of the general formula (I) where X means -O-, -NH-, -CH2-, -CH= , -CO2-, -CON-(lower alkyl)- or -CONH-; R1-R4 mean independently each of other hydrogen atom, hydroxy-group, nitro-group, lower alkyl-sulfoneamide, 1- or 2-imidazolyl, 1-(1,2,4-triazolyl); R5 and R6 mean independently each of other hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, hydroxy-group or oxo-group; R7-R10 mean independently each of other hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, halogen atom, trifluoro-methyl group or lower alkoxy-group; n = 0 or 1 and to their pharmaceutically acceptable acid-additive salts. Invention can be used as a medicinal agent as the selective antagonist of subtype NMDA-receptor. Invention relates to also medicinal agent based on 4-hydroxypiperidine.
