Module distinguished by incorporating means for organizing broadcasting modes of message exchange in communication network, namely, broadcasting modes in current column and in current line, as well as broadcasting to all modules of network has three message queue organizing units, message queue analyzing unit, multiplexer, decoder, synchronizing unit, register, flip-flop, address register, two comparison gates, message transmission control unit, switch, three AND gates, and two inhibit gates.
