Analysis unit of each module has three message memory units, AND gate, two OR gates and cross commutator which has module number generator, three comparison circuit, three groups of registers, control flip-flop, clock oscillator, counter, decoder, register, three commutators, three groups of NAND gates, two groups of AND gates, two AND-OR gates, two flip-flops, unit of AND gates, four AND gates, three OR gates, univibrator. This results in possibility of parallel processes for analysis and transmission of groups of control messages which arrive at different inputs of each module of system.
