FIELD: light engineering; light sources, illuminated signs, and the like. SUBSTANCE: light conductor material is transparent plastic board such as that made of polycarbonate with internal parallel through hollows crossing board structure; strips carrying light-emitting diodes are mounted on its end parts so that these light-emitting diodes enter mentioned hollows. Both sides of board are used as data field whereon either transparent or dark stenciled text resides. In second alternative strip carrying light-emitting devices is mounted on one butt end of board and second one carries strip covered with light-reflecting layer. In third alternative light-emitting devices are inserted in board cells by way of point-to-point wiring dispensing with strip. Light-emitting diodes may be designed to emit light of different color; each group distinguished by its color has its respective current regulator. Similar groups may be also formed from same-color light-emitting diodes. EFFECT: reduced labor consumption for manufacturing light panel; enlarged functional capabilities. 9 cl, 10 dwg
