According to invention. Length of steel cable is used for locking and is provided with current-carrying element placed inside, plastic controller, microswitch, electronic mark arranged on housing and containing coded sealing information to be off by portable and/or stationary readout devices. Electronic mark is provided with antenna, microwave unit, coder, self-contained supply source, multivibrator, switch and signal shaper. According to second version, electronic mark includes second antenna, microwave unit, coder, self-contained supply source, pulse current generator, switch, energy accumulator in form of series-connected microwave diode and capacitor and also signal shaper.
