FIELD: technology of producing fruit-and-berry desserts. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of prepared apple and black currant puree, bee honey, common salt, almond, extract of Eleutherococcus, lipid-containing extract of biomass of Mortierella exigua microorganisms, oat flakes and water. Prepared mixture is subjected to homogenization, sublimation drying, crushing and packaging in sealed package from combined film material "Mailar" type under aseptic conditions in vacuum. EFFECT: improved balance of product composition applicable for using under autonomous conditions of existence.
