FIELD: veterinary science, veterinary gynecology and obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with an uterine irradiation with a laser ray in endometritis-bearing cows. Simultaneously, an intertissue space of pelvic cavity is injected with a medicinal mixture that contains novocaine 1.0 g, trypsin 0.05 g, carbocholine 0.002 g and distilled water 100 ml/dose. Uterine laser irradiation is carried out daily. Medicinal mixture is injected at 48-h-long interval up to clinical recovery. Therapy efficiency is increased to achieve 97.0- 100%, calves' yield/100 cows is 3% higher. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 3 tbl, 3 ex
