FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with a rectal ozone-oxygenous mixture injection at 100 cm3 volume at an increase to 500-600 cm3 during the next procedures. Ozone concentration is 6-30 mcg/ml against a type of intestinal motor system. In case of a spastic intestine and constipation - 6-10 mcg/ml, but at an atonic intestine and diarrhea - 20-30 mcg/ml. Mixture is retained in the intestine for 10-30 min. Procedures should be carried out twice or thrice weekly, 8-10 procedures altogether.
