FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and aims at treating chronic bowel diseases. In the morning, ozone therapy is applied. Overnight, hydrogel containing sodium alginate with Dimexidum in the concentration 6-9 % is introduced through rectum. The medicinal agent is introduced in amount 50-100 ml, with exposition of 4-6 hours. Therapy course is 5-7 daily sessions.
EFFECT: method allows relieving inflammatory process and reducing length of treatment.
