Protein isolated and purified from subspecies Bacillus thuringiensis thuringianesis is sensitive to proteases and acid conditions and has molecular mass about 20 kDa. Protein shows cytotoxic effect against tumor cells, resistance to treatment with dithiothreitol and effect of temperature up to 100 C.
