FIELD: leather industry. SUBSTANCE: offal is treated with tanning compound taken in amount 3 to 19% of the weight of offal. Thus treated offal if frozen at temperature from -12 C to -45 C and then unfrozen at 65-75 C. Skin is further squeezed and impregnated with aqueous emulsion of greasing substances.
