SUBSTANCE: pipeline is covered by simultaneous displacement of two sleeves and adhesive over it; sleeves are brought in and out on both ends of pipeline by means of their turning inside out. Device has two sleeves whose ends are fastened over pipeline perimeter on both ends; other ends of sleeves are joined to traction mechanism; cavities formed by bent parts of sleeve communicate with surrounding atmosphere.
