FIELD: digital electric measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: constant value of resistance or voltage depending only on parameters of source of reference voltage and source of current and value of standard loading resistance is formed across input of analog-to-digital converter thanks to proposed connection of source of reference voltage and source of current to analog-to-digital converter and thanks to standard loading resistance. As result any value of measured parameter ( resistance ) coming to first input of analog-to-digital converter is compared with constant value across second input of analog- to-digital converter which makes it feasible to measure this parameter considerably accurately as compared with known measurement systems as any current change of parameters of source of reference voltage and source of current do not have effect on measurement accuracy. Converter measuring resistance does not depend on source of reference voltage which increases measurement accuracy and enables various types of transducers generating output electric signals in the form of current, voltage or resistance to be used which widens its functional capabilities. Source of current has permanent point with circuit of converter which rises measurement accuracy. EFFECT: raised measurement accuracy. 5 dwg
