FIELD: radio engineering; television transmitters, group-signal repeaters, and the like. SUBSTANCE: corrector is used for amplifying radio signals having large dynamic amplitude range. Complex amplitude characteristic of this corrector is reverse to that of nonlinear device being corrected and provides for correcting distortions due to pre-distortion of input signal. Nonlinear distortion corrector has input signal splitter, amplitude detector, envelope amplifier, envelope splitter, as well as stages each incorporating quadrature signal splitter, adjustable-gain amplifier, signal multiplier, and common-mode signal adder.
