FIELD: microbiology, plant growing. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the genetically changed strain of soil bacterium Bacillus subtilis IB-22 that is characterized by enhanced level of accumulation of cytokinins as compared with the known strains. Strain is isolated from soil if typical black soil collected in Bashkortostan Republic and maintained in Collection of microorganisms in Laboratory of Applied Microbiology of Institute of biology of Ufa town Scientific Center of RAS at number 0022 (IB-22). The strain forms cytokinins in the amount 600-640 ng-eq./1 ml of medium at culturing in medium containing the following components, wt.-%: starch, 1; peptone, 0.5; yeast extract, 0.3; corn extract, 0.3; K₂HPO₄, 0.2; (NH₄)₂SO₄, 0.2; tap water up to 100.
