FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: grain drying apparatus has cylindrical perforated housing, spring-type transportation member axially located inside housing, feeding hopper and discharge window. Perforated sleeve is concentrically fixed inside housing adjacent to discharge window. Housing and sleeve perforations are made in the form of slots arranged between feeding hopper and discharge window along helical lines in offset relation one with respect to another. Heating members are disposed along slots on housing and sleeve surfaces free of contact with grain. Transportation member is positioned between housing and sleeve. Apparatus is further provided with fan and air duct communicating with the interior of sleeve behind discharge window. Apparatus may be used as self-contained unit or as part of grain drying lines. EFFECT: reduced power consumption, simplified construction, increased quality of ready product and improved working conditions for attending personnel. 1 dwg
