FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises heat insulation housing with cylindrical perforates casing arranged concentrically therein, perforated cup secured in said casing on loading bin side and accommodating second perforated cup. Loading bin is divided into two compartments. Loading opening is made in outer cup. Spring-loaded transfer work tool is arranged in annular clearance between said perforated cups to rotate therein. Spring-loaded work tool is arranged between perforated casing and perforated cup. Besides, it comprises discharge opening and fan communicated via air duct with second perforated cup inner chamber. Used air filter is arranged between air duct and fan.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, power savings.
