FIELD: manufacture of current of fuel elements with membrane-electrode unit, porous electrochemical electrodes, and filtering elements. SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing compressing, hardening and carbonizing. After preparing the latter is heat treated at temperatures between 70 and 1100 C and is filled with certain amount of dispersed filler and thermoreacting resin-based binder by applying rising external contact pressure of up to 1.3 MPa and simultaneously heating to temperature between 160 and 200 C. Amount of slip exceeds by 10-30 % volume of voids of single-layer fabric and calculated according to formula. Method makes it possible to reduce power consumption and also to cut down manufacturing cost of composite material. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 4 cl, 5 dwg
