FIELD: construction engineering; erecting structures of monolithic concrete. SUBSTANCE: form has upper and lower ledges of girder; ledges are provided with timber with longitudinal slot; girder ledge is placed in slot; timber is fastened to girder ledge by means of split joint; flat boarding is fastened to timber of upper ledge of each transversal girder. Split joint for fastening the timber to girder ledges may be located on opposite side to tops of fastening member throughout entire length of upper and lower girder ledges. Split joint may be made in the form of bolted joint, for example, and provided with crimp washer; blind hole for bolt head is made in timber; crimp washer is installed under nut on separated part of Ω-shaped ledge; depth of blind hole is not smaller than height of bolt head. Crimp washer may be made of Ω-shaped section. EFFECT: improved operating characteristics; enhanced bearing capacity; reduced cost. 4 cl, 3 dwg
