SUBSTANCE: plant has frame installed on support for turning in horizontal plane under effect of wind pressure on frame-- mounted stabilizer; novelty is that plant frame is made in the form of axles mounting shafts with blades; shafts are mounted for synchronous rotation in plane transversal to longitudinal axis of frame and are kinematically coupled with generator shaft; frame incorporates flaps protecting shaft-to-shaft space against wind. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced noise in operation. 2 dwg
