FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has windmill-generator unit incorporating windmill mounted on vertical shaft with its impeller blades immersed in water tank and electric generator connected to water tank that functions as heat storage unit protected from surrounding atmosphere with heat insulation; it conveys stored heat energy to user in absence of wind and is continuously charged when wind blows; in the process, some portion of stored heat energy is converted into electrical energy and its main part heats water which is directly conveyed to usersТ heating and hot-water supply systems. Plant also has at least one additional wind-power unit mounted in housing that has one top and one bottom horizontal frames uniformly arranged through its height and joined together by vertical supports which are rigidly coupled through transverse braces.
