SUBSTANCE: mobile windmill electric generating plant includes rotor-type windmill with vertical shaft provided with blades secured on it, electric generator kinematically linked with windmill and mobile platform with electric generator secured on it; this platform is provided with adjustable supports. Windmill shaft is fitted in bearing holder which is fixed on mobile platform mounted on skids and provided with outriggers.
