TWO-CYLINDER PUMP FOR SUSPENSIONS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: transportation of materials and their mixtures at consistency from liquid suspension to viscous mass containing solid particles. SUBSTANCE: two-cylinder pump for suspensions has loading bin for receiving suspension, agitator with shaft and tubular spool valve which is located in loading bin and designed for control of alternating cycles of suction and delivery strokes of cylinders. Tubular spool valve has inlet elbow performing swinging motion before inlet holes of feed cylinders and outlet elbow which is connected with delivery pipe line by means of swivel unit. Inlet holes of feed cylinders are located behind rear wall of loading bin and outlet elbow is located between rear wall and shaft of agitator. Inlet and outlet elbows of tubular spool valve have L-shaped form at bend equal approximately to right angle. Axial center of outlet elbow is inclined in vertical plane towards rear wall of loading bin. Inlet elbow of L- shaped angle is oriented downward.
