FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for current to frequency conversion in devices with high requirements to reliability and precision of conversion. Given integrated-circuit converter allows compensation for temperature error of signal of pickup and compensation for change of parameters of parts of converter proper caused by temperature variation to be carried out. This converter can be used for operation with any current pickups, for example, humidity pickups, accelerometers and so on, having non-linear temperature coefficient with several inflection points employed in high-reliability systems. Integrated- circuit converter can be realized with usage of small number of elements and as consequence has high operational reliability and thanks to small dimensions ( small number of elements ) it can easily be positioned together with pickup.
