FIELD: electronic engineering; current-to- frequency conversion. SUBSTANCE: converter has first, second, third, and fourth resistors 2, 4, 5, and 5, integrator 3, operational amplifier 8 with first and second thermistors 7, 9 inserted between its outputs and inverting input, and double-input switch 10 whose inputs are connected to thermistors 7, 9. Output of temperature sensor 11 incorporating provision for relay-type change-over in response to temperature tn that changes temperature coefficient of input signal source is connected to control input of switch 10. Arrival of signal responding to tn at output of temperature sensor 11 changes over switch 10 and negative feedback is applied to operational amplifier 8 through second thermistor 9. Current increment at output of operational amplifier 8 compensates for current temperature increment of temperature sensor 11. In this way, sensor signal error brought in due to temperature changes is compensated for along with compensation for changes in converter parameters due to temperature variations. EFFECT: improved reliability and reduced size of converter. 1 dwg
