FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of isolation of biologically active amount of natural compounds from fir wood greens. Milled fir greens is extracted with an organic extractant. Aliphatic alcohol with number of carbon atoms 1, 2, 3 or acetone containing 50% of water, not above, are used as extractants. The end product is isolated by mixture alcohol/water or acetone/water distillation off followed by water removing and distilled off mixture is used in the following as an extractant. Invention provides to obtain biologically active amount of triterpene acids for a single stage. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, improved technology of process. 1 dwg
