FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing surgical correction by building anastomosis by means of retinal resection of internal maxillary sinus wall in the area of inferior nasal passage projection. The operation is completed by making new anastomosis area tamponade with hemostatic agent. Local therapy of anastomosis edges is applied after removing tampon until healing condition is achieved.
