FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying surgical treatment of osteomyelitic focus, filling cavity with bone autotransplants and treating the wound with active silver ions. Free demineralized bone transplants taken from chronic suppurating inflammation focus are used for bone plastic repair. Transformed tissues from inflammation focus and bone autotransplants are impregnated with silver ions to exert bacteriostatic and bactericide action upon wound microflora. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced antigenic properties of the transplant.
