FIELD: traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: soft tissues are punctured with scalpel under anesthesia. Bone is drilled in compliance with diameter of rod 2. This done, rod is screwed in for entire thickness of bone including cartical layer. Spherical clamp 1 is screwed on rod 2 and after rod is secured in spherical clamp with nuts 3 from both sides, it is positioned between arc 4 and cover-plate 5 on coaxial holes 6. Cover-plate is installed obliquely relative to arc 4 and attached by clamping screws 7 and nuts 8. Since cover-plate 5 is positioned obliquely relative to arc 4, two nonparallel zones of elastoplastic deformation develop on spherical clamp 1. As a result, absolute rigidly of fastening of spherical clamp and rod, respectively, is attained. Then needle-rod apparatus is mounted. EFFECT: bone fragment fixation stability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
