CONDUCTING POLYACETAL COMPOSITION Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2179762 C2

FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: composition having improved impact elasticity and elasticity as well as a good flowability and workability about 65-85% of oxymethylene polymer, about 10-20% of polyurethane elastomer, and about 10-20% of conducting carbon black having lower degree of structurization (from absorption of dibutyl phthalate) and larger particle size (lower specific surface) than that of conducting carbon black earlier used in these compositions. Conducting carbon black has specific surface measured by BET method (N2) from about 40 to about 100 sq.m/g and pore volume (from absorption of dibutyl phthalate) from about 150 to about 300 ml/100 g. Conducting carbon black of composition can be easier dispersed in polymers contained in composition and reduced any rise in viscosity of melt during preparation of mixture. EFFECT: improved working characteristics of composition. 10 cl, 4 tbl, 3ex
