SUBSTANCE: method involves separating a valve at the end of large venous tributary not to be ligated. 1.5-2 coils of corrector spiral is extravasally mounted on the ostial tributary part. Two ligatures are set at the base and in the middle of the valve. The third half-ligature is set above the cuspid tops and commissures like semi-ring. It is attached to rigid corrector in the ostial tributary part with vein adventitia being captured. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
