FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with implantation of aortal and mitral valves from left-side anterior-lateral access. After dissecting mitral valve an aortal prosthesis is fastened via left atrioventricular opening, then prosthesis of mitral valve is fastened into position atrioventricular ring. Technique of sutures, prosthesis application into subcoronary position and its final fixation by using strengthening layers has no threat for the damage of coronary arteries, conducting system of heart and deformation of a base of fibrous part of valve-aortal complex. EFFECT: higher efficiency to conduct multivalve prosthesis of cardiac valves.
