FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing valve walls with Z- shaped suture penetrating all wall layers without opening vein lumen. Two upper points of incoming and outgoing pierce are positioned at the level of upper points belonging to the venous valve gates attachment rupture lines. Two lower points of incoming and outgoing pierce are positioned 1-2 mm below the upper ones. The thread ends are tied.
